Nuevo Vallarta is the only place in Grand Blanc to get supremely impressive Mexican food! With cheese dip and salsa that's homemade each and every day, as well as friendly managers who make sure that you're satisfied, you're almost guaranteed to have a memorable experience eating out here. If you like spicy, be sure to request the spicier salsa. The carne asada tacos come with spicy sides, so that's always a wise choice for happy taste bugs. The best part about this gem is that it's mostly undiscovered, so you don't have to be worried about being overcrowded.
HOT DOG CAFE
11338 S Saginaw St
Grand Blanc, MI 48439 / (810) 695-7597
Hot Dog Stand is an easy place to get a bite to eat when you're in the Grand Blanc area. They have a signature red sauce that's perfect on their hot dogs and french fries. You'll be able to tell the difference in their real drafted A&W root beer. Where else can you find a hot dog centered restaurant? Although, we'll be honest, their other selections are just as good! Everything is steamed here, so you don't necessarily have to worry about your waistline. That's how it works, right? There's plenty of food to go around here, so make sure to bring a friend or two when you come.
THE GRAFTED ROOT EATERY

The Grafted Root Eatery is going to impress you with their local food selections. Really, how could you go wrong with an establishment that continuously supports the local economy with fresh produce picks in their entrees? On the weekends, this gastropub serves breakfast and brunch buffet that's memorably delicious. The fish selections here are freshly caught, such as the Trout. If fish isn't your thing, be sure to try their famous Michigan Blueberry French Toast. The weekends also bring live entertainment from local artists, so keep this on your list of to-visit locations.

Sophia's Kitchen is a namesake American restaurant that's serving up breakfast and brunch, fish and chips, and other favorite selections. The service here is always impeccably fast, the waitress Paula seems to be a crowd pleasing favorite here. Many call this the gem of Grand Blanc, and we really can't disagree with that. We love the Mexican Burrito, City Burrito, Seafood Platter, Chippers, Grilled Chicken Sandwiches, and the hamburger. The handmade ranch is delicious, especially on a plate of chili cheese fries. Whatever you decide to order here at Sophia's, we know you'll enjoy it.
